Yes I need to speak with some ASAP, because you informed me of 3 of the 4 charges having been refunded, then my bank notified me of only 2 of those refunds having been applied to my account only to have 1 of the 2 reversed then to come to find out that its for an additional (5th yearly subscriptions quickbooks) I am being charged for and that charge is coming out of the very account that was never refunded out of the original 4 but now r 5 yearly subscriptions I am charged for and now I am at only 1 of 5 yearly subscriptions that has been refunded. So im still back at waiting for a refund for 4 yearly subscriptions. Omg what is going on what r u all doing you need to remove all my account information from your records as soon as you credit my account back for all my money $1471.61 × 4 Yearly subscriptions = $5886.44. I have called, spoken too, messaged, hung up on miss informed, lied to And once again you have stolen money out of my account with out my consent or knowledge. I have been patient I have been tolerant and you continue to take money out of my account i will be contacting the authorities and or filing documentation with a legal counsel to get this taken care of once n for all
Hello, thank you for taking the time and checking in on my issues, to answer your question yes and no. Yes because they did process 2 refunds on the 25th however only 1 came thru and the other hasn't which is odd because the sent over a third yesterday and I received that one so I reached out to 3 representatives today concerned because im not sure what happened i received notification that it was issued I received the other that was scheduled to come thru at the same time with that one and to make matters worse I accidentally resumed one the last account yearly subscription so the refund that I did receive was immediately taken out of my account to cover the charges for the the new subscription. So now I had to call in to cancel that subscription which I have to wait who knows how long for that refund to be reissued along with the other refund that new came thru I reached out to my bank but they confirmed that just the one of the 2 refunds were sent over on the 25th which was immediately taken out to pay for the new subscription but that was all they transferred into my account that day but I did get notifications for both thats y i don't understand and I called both my bank and quickbooks. So in all im still waiting for 2 refunds totaling $3000.00 which i can really use right about now especially having closed my business due to the COVID-19 I am aware that it was my fault for the new charge but in my defense had these accounts been closed when I canceled them a month ago I wouldn't be dealing with all this. Now I have to wait to see when they decide to process my new refund for the newly canceled subscription and when ill receive the missing refund that the reps assure me that its been sent over to my account which if it was transferred correctly like the first one was it would have hit my account by now so its just a waiting game I guess now.
