I'm paying $10/month not the discounted $5/month for Quickbooks self-employed. How do I reset the price to $5/month again?

In QuickBooks Self-Employed, you can cancel your current subscription and subscribe to the correct price offered. Here's how to cancel.

1. Click the Gear icon on the top menu.
2. Select Billing Info.
3. Tick the Cancel subscription option.
4. Then, go back to our website and subscribe to the correct one. 

However, I'd still recommend contacting our support team to help you reset the price to $5/month again, or they might share with you the best way what you'll have to do to get this thing done. Please utilize the Help icon to do so, or you can check this article for more details.
