If you're getting the same result, I recommend contacting QBO Support. This way, a live representative can look into your account securely and investigate this further.

Thanks Angelyn_T for the quick response.
I have just installed the FireFox and tried, but no luck.
Since this is fresh install, FF doesn't have any cache but I explicitly cleared it and tried again. No luck.
