Let's access your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account via a private or incognito window and change your customer name from there. This way, we can check if this is caused by stored cache from the browser.
Cache stored for a period of time causes unusual behavior to the browser. To start, here are the keyboard shortcut keys to open a private or incognito window:
If you're able to change your customer name via a private or incognito window, then we'll need to clear your regular browser cache. This will delete all cache stored from the browser.
However, if the issue persists, I recommend using another supported browser.
