Some of these include if this is your first payment, if the payment you received is higher than you normally process, or your bank delaying the transaction. To find out the status of your transaction, you can get in touch with our QuickBooks Payments Support Team. It's super easy to reach out and only takes a moment. Check it out:
- Sign in to your QuickBooks Online company.
- Click Help (?) at the top right.
- Hit Contact Us to connect with a live support agent.
