Welcome to the QuickBooks Community, @flako76.

Currently, we don't have any reported issues regarding invoices that are posting twice in QuickBooks Online (QBO). When this happens, you can easily delete the duplicate ones through the Invoices page. Let me guide you how.

  1. Go to the Sales menu.
  2. Select the Invoices tab.
  3. Find the duplicate invoice, then select the Delete option under the Action column.
  4. Click Yes to confirm.

I've attached a screenshot below that shows the first three steps.

Also, you can visit the Audit Log page to check if another user created a duplicate invoice transaction for a specific customer. You can check out this article for the detailed steps: Use the audit log in QuickBooks Online.

We've updated our support options in QBO. In case you still need to talk to one of our representatives to further guide you with your duplicate invoice issue, you'll have to request a call back from the Help menu. You'll first have to check out our support hours to ensure we can assist you on time.

We've updated our support options in QBO. In case you want to talk to one of our representatives to relay this matter, you'll have to request a callback. Here's how:

  1. Go to the Help menu.
  2. Choose Contact Us
  3. Enter your specific concern in the What can we help you with? field.
  4. Click Let's talk
  5. Select Get a callback.
  6. Enter your contact details.
  7. Click Confirm my call

I've attached a screenshot below for your reference.

Additionally, you can personalize and add specific info on your invoices in QBO. This way, you're able to create attractive and professional-looking sales forms. For the step-by-step guide, I'd recommend checking out this article: Customize invoices in QuickBooks Online. It also includes information about managing your custom templates.

Let me know if you have additional questions about managing your invoices in QuickBooks. I'd be glad to help. Take care always.

Welcome to the Community, Jimie.

When you don't recognize an Intuit charge on your statements, there's a few methods to identify where it's coming from. I'd be more than happy to guide you through each of them.

If these transactions are occurring on a credit/debit card, you can use the Look up your charge tool.

Here's how:

  1. Go to our Understand Intuit charges on your credit card or bank statement article.
  2. Locate the section titled "Option 1: Look up a charge here". In this area, you'll find the Look up your charge utility.
  3. Enter your information in each available field/drop-down.
  4. Select Look up charge.

In the event these charges occurred on/after May 27, 2020, or they're happening with a bank account, you'll want to review your billing history:

  1. Sign in.
  2. Use your Gear (⚙️) icon, then choose Account and settings.
  3. Access the Billing & Subscription tab. All of your current subscriptions will be listed there.

If you're not finding the details you're looking for, or you found the charge but still don't recognize it, you'll definitely want to get in touch with our Customer Care Team. They'll be able to pull up your account in a secure environment and conduct further research. You'll be able to find detailed steps for contacting them in Rea_M's post.

If there's anything else I can help with, I'm just a post away. Have a great day!
