Currently, we don't have any reported issues regarding invoices that are posting twice in QuickBooks Online (QBO). When this happens, you can easily delete the duplicate ones through the Invoices page. Let me guide you how.
I've attached a screenshot below that shows the first three steps.

When you don't recognize an Intuit charge on your statements, there's a few methods to identify where it's coming from. I'd be more than happy to guide you through each of them.
If these transactions are occurring on a credit/debit card, you can use the Look up your charge tool.

In the event these charges occurred on/after May 27, 2020, or they're happening with a bank account, you'll want to review your billing history:
