The first step in setting up payment processing on your website is obtaining a QuickBooks Payments account. You can apply for one from within QBO, here's how:
1. Sign in as an admin.
2. Click your Gear (⚙) icon, then Account and settings.
3. Hit Payments.
4. Select Learn More in the QuickBooks Payments section.
5. Begin applying by entering the requested info.
After submitting an application, you'll receive email notifications about its status.
If you already have a merchant account, proceed with researching and determining which way you're going to integrate it with your web store. There's a few different options:

I liked your previous response, but my business is SERVICES based and although we generate our invoices through our QuickBooks Online account, I need to embed a payments widget or button on my website for our customers to pay through. Which of your options is best for this? Thank you.

Once you sign up for QuickBooks Payments, you can send the invoices, and your customers can click the Review and pay or Pay invoice button to open and pay the invoices online They can also use their credit card or with an ACH bank transfer depending on the invoice's settings.
The option to include the embed a payment widget or button on your website for the customers to pay through is unavailable in QuickBooks Payments. If this is a URL, what we can do is to customize the invoice and add it in the message or Footer section. Here's how:
