I need help setting up my QB Plus to accept credit card payments from an emailed invoice.

I'll help you sign up for QuickBooks Payments, @kim-theleadleade.

 

This way, you can easily process your customer payments in QuickBooks. This will help you accept credit cards, debit, and ACH bank transfer payments. Then, QuickBooks will automatically categorize each processed payment on your chart of accounts for you.

 

Here's how:

 

  1. Click the Gear icon and select Account and Settings
  2. Go to the Payments section, click Lear more in the QuickBooks Payments section.
  3. Fill out the necessary information and select Activate Payments

 

Also, there are other options on how your customers could pay their invoices online, it's all listed on this page: Sign up for QuickBooks Payments.

 

Please take note that once you create an invoice, check the box for Cards in the Online payments section. This located in the top-most part of the invoice window.
