Enter the phone number, email address, or user ID for your account. Or, click the Try something else link and answer other questions about yourself. Then select Continue.
Check your phone or email for a message from Intuit or QuickBooks. Enter the code we sent, or follow the instructions in the message. We may ask you for a little more info to make sure it’s really you.
You can also get the list of user IDs by clicking the I forgot my user ID or Password link in the Sign-in page. Otherwise, reach out to our Customer Care Team. They have the necessary tools to pull up your account and recover the login credentials.
Click the Help icon located in the upper right-hand corner.
In the Help window, click the Contact Us button located at the bottom.
Enter your question and click Let's talk.
Choose either Start a chat or Call us.
If you have the new QuickBooks Assistant help update, you can follow these steps:
Go to the Help menu, and select Talk to a human.
Choose Talk to a human again.
Proceed with I still need a human.
Click the Contact us link.
Select either Start messaging or Get a call.

I need help with my QBO that mysteriously have been changed . I have spent 2.5 hrs on support calls (forwarded 5x) and chatted with 4 people without resolution.
I'm not trying to recover my account - I need to discuss billing charges and the change to my subscription. Every person I spoke to on chat and on the phone was not able to help me and forwarded me to some one else.
