If you're requesting an update about an existing ticket, I'd recommend contacting our QuickBooks Online Care Team or further help.  For security reasons, this requires pulling up your account which we're unable to do in this public forum. Our live support agents have the resources to view your pending cases and can share in-depth details about the status. Here's how to contact us:

  1. Login to your QBO account.
  2. Click the (?) Help menu at the top right.
  3. Tap the Contact us button to connect with a live support agent.
