I need to add a field on invoice Mac desktop

I can walk you through customizing your invoice template, LALANGUAGE.

You can add a Custom field and name it to Case Name and uncheck the Shipping option. Just a heads up, you can only enter 30 characters in the custom fields. Let me show you the easy steps in adding the custom field:

1. From the Gear icon at the upper-right, click Custom form styles.
2. Click Edit to an existing invoice template or create a new one by click New style > Invoice at the upper-right.
3. Go to the Content tab and click the Header of the sample.
4. Under the Display section, unselect Shipping.
5. Click +Customer field and check a box and name it something like Case Name.
6. Then, click Done.

I did everything you told me to do but there is no custom field.I have spent hours online with the support , got disconnected twice ,they need to escalate the issue but it looks like I will cancel my subscription because the service sucks .Everyone that I spoke to was not able to help me on a very simple issue and I mean simple !

not everyone has something to ship right? I happen to bill for services .

I just got a call from someone telling me that the only way is to upgrade to the 75$ subscription per month ...

I don’t want to pay $75 per month .

I know it has many features but I don’t need them .
