I need to apply a credit to a bill for payment, how do I do that?

Happy to see you here in the Quickbooks Community. Applying credits to a bill can be done in a few easy step. Here's how to do so:

  1. At the top of the menu bar, select Vendors.
  2. Click Pay Bills.
  3. Select the bill needed by placing a check mark.
  4. Under Number of Credit, click Set Credits.
  5. On the Discount and Credit page, make the necessary adjustments.
  6. Select Pay Selected Bills once finished.
