Um, I also needed to do this and it totally didn't work. My information has been wrong for years and I've been paying $20 for this Merchant account that I haven't even used. I"m desperately trying to reach an *actual human being* and I keep getting back to a robot. I tried clicking on this link, changing my phone number in both my Merchant account and my Quickbooks Online account and they still want to text a confirmation code to an old number that I no longer have access to.
This doesn't work. It still wanted to text a confirmation code to my old phone number that I no longer have access to. Please make *actual human beings* available by phone instead of dumping your valued customers over to a robot.
