- Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
- Safari: Command + Option + P
- Edge: Ctrl + Shift + N
If this works, it means you need to clear your browser's cache so the system can start fresh and you're now able to change the details of your account. But if you get the same result while using a private browser, let's switch to different supported browsers instead.
