I will help you find the transactions, Psconsult.
We can pull up the Transaction List by Customer report. From there, we can customize it to show invoices only, then change the dates. It'll help us see all transactions. Here's how:
- Click Reports.
- Enter Transaction List by Customer in the Find report by name field.
- Click Customize.
- Go to Filter.
- Click the Transaction Type drop-down arrow, then select Invoice.
- Click Run report.
- Change the dates, then click Run report.
You can also customize the report to help you focus on the details that matter to you.
However, if you're unable to see transactions before 2018, it could be they started recording the invoice in 2018 already.
