If you're referring to your QuickBooks Online (QBO) subscription bill. I would suggest contacting our support team. They have tools to check your account and can give you information on how to lower your bill in QBO.

 

Here's how to reach the support:

  1. Go to the Help menu.
  2. Click Contact Us.
  3. From the What can we help you with? field, type subscription discount inquiry.
  4. Select Let's talk.
  5. Choose between Start a chat or Get a callback to connect with us.

I need to lower my bill

Hello 

My company is not longer in business. I ceased working since April. I need to cut down as much expenses as possible until my tractor and trailer are sold. I have close to $12,000 in a couple of weeks with repairs and it is still in the shop. With the lack of work and low paying rates I cannot afford to keep my company. I still need quick books until the truck and trailer is sold and also when my accountant completes the company taxes. Please help me lower my monthly bill. I will be back when times get better.

I would recommend contacting our Customer Care Support. They can further assist you with your inquiry on how to lower your monthly bill in QuickBooks. There might be something they can offer.

 

Here's how:

  1. Click Help on the top menu.
  2. Hit Contact Us.
  3. Enter subscription discount inquiry in the What can we help you with? field, then select Let's talk.
  4. Select Start a chat or Get a callback to connect with us.

Our support hours is moved to 6am-6pm PT every weekdays.
