I need to resubscribe to payroll bc it was cancelled due to it not letting me edit my billing/address. When I click edit it says another person needs to login. Help.

Hey there, @allyson-holton. Congrats on your first post in the Community.

 

You will need the Primary Admin user to sign in to resubscribe to payroll. I recommend getting in touch with the user who has access to that login to get this resolved.
