I can see the need to upload the bank statements to get your books balanced, @kim120. That's why I'm here to provide the steps regarding it. Also, I'll route you to the right support so you can speak to Beth again.

It looks like you've already downloaded transactions from your bank's website. Uploading bank statements into the program have three supported file formats. These are Comma-Separated Values (CSV), QuickBooks Online (QBO), and Quicken (QFX). The maximum file size is 350 KB. You can reformat the file if necessary. Once reviewed, proceed with the steps below.

  1. Go to Banking from the left menu.
  2. Select the Banking tab.
  3. Choose the blue tile for the credit card account.
  4. Click File upload from the Update drop-down.
  5. Hit Browse and select the file you downloaded from your bank, then click Next
  6. From the QuickBooks account drop-down menu, choose the business credit card account.
  7. Click Next
  8. Follow the onscreen instructions.
  9. Match the columns on the file with the banking fields in QBO, then hit Next.
  10. Choose Let's go

For the detailed instructions, see Steps 4 - 5 through this article: Manually Upload Transactions into QuickBooks Online

Also, it seems like Beth is reviewing your accounts in the program. With this, I recommend contacting our QuickBooks Live Bookkeeping Support Team. They can help you transfer to her so she can check your uploaded transactions and categorize them. Then, she will reconcile your accounts monthly. That way, she can ensure your books are up to date so you'll be ready for tax time. You can either schedule a video chat or leave a message within your QBO account. I'll guide you how.

  1. Go to Live Bookkeeping from the left menu.
  2. Select either Schedule my appointment or Send a message.
  3. Fill in the required info, such as I need to speak to Beth so she can check my uploaded bank statements
  4. Choose an appointment time or leave a message in the chat window.
  5. You’ll see a confirmation that your appointment is booked or the message is sent.

For more information, check out this article: QuickBooks Live Bookkeeping Overview. Just go to the How can I contact my bookkeeper, and how often? section. It also provides you answers to the frequently asked questions (FAQs) about this service.

I'm here anytime you have other concerns. Take care always, @kim120.
