You can set up a callback through the Help icon in your QuickBooks Online account. 

Here's how:

1. Open your QuickBooks account.
2. Go to the Help menu.
3. Click Contact Us at the bottom of the pop-up window.
4. Enter your concern in the dialogue box, then click Let's talk.
5. Choose to Get a callback.
6. Input the necessary information to process your call, then select Confirm my call.

Just a heads-up, we have limited staffing due to COVID-19.
