I need to split past entries into different catagories. A situation has arisen where I need to rearrange alrady entered data into new splits.
I have a unique situation where I need to split some entries into different accounts. Not sure what to call my problem. Is it possible to create tags for some entries without actually redoing all the accounts? I apologize. I am not explaining this well. I have been using Quickbooks for years. A business has 2 separate bank accounts. The funds are comingled and bills have been paid out of both accounts. I need to tag some of the entries to be spilt for tax purposes. This involves both income and expense accounts, but not for the entire year.
