When working in QuickBooks, you can tap the tab button to easily navigate through the system without having to constantly move the mouse. At this time there isn't a way to set the enter key as the navigation button.
You may use other keyboard shortcuts to speed up your navigation within QuickBooks. You can refer to this article for more details: What are the keyboard shortcuts for QuickBooks Online?
