I ran a credit card payment through QB 4 days ago. My invoice shows paid, but the transaction has not hit my bank. How do I find out if there is a problem?

I want to make sure that the payment hits your bank account.

 

For QuickBooks Online users, credit card payments deposit in about two to three business days. There are times that deposits may delay. To find out why, please check this article: Learn more about delayed deposits.

 

If the money hasn't been transferred yet after five business days, it would be best to consult our Merchant Services Support. They'll be able to track and check the status of the payment. You can find their contact information through this link: QuickBooks Merchant Services.
