I received an email about starting to do next funds available when a customer paid with bank transfer, however funds are not being made available after 2 buss days.

I received an email about starting to do next funds available when a customer paid with bank transfer, however funds are not being made available after 2 buss days.

I'm here with some information that I'm sure you'll find helpful regarding automatic payments, @lobosconcrete.

 

The processing of the deposit depends on the timeline processing. If you process customer payments before 3 PM PT, they'll be deposited in your account the next day. Otherwise, you'll get the deposit in two business days. Some banks may take longer to process the transaction. 

 

If you're new to Payments, it takes a bit longer to get the payment. It's because since we're in the process of setting everything for you. Additionally, if there's an issue with a deposit, you'll receive an email from Intuit. You can check your email settings if you don't see any messages from us.

I'd also recommend contacting our Payments Support Team to verify the customer's payment. One of them can take a closer look at your account and review the payment submitted by your customer.

 

Here's how:

  1. Click the (?) Help icon in the upper right-hand corner of the Dashboard.
  2. Select Talk to a Human.
  3. Enter a short description of your concern and press Enter.
  4. Click I still need a human.
  5. Select Contact Us to connect with our live support.
  6. Choose Get a callback.help.JPG
