I received an email allegedly from quickbooks asking me to confirm our account information. It says to confirm account to avoid payments being cancelled. Is this ligit?

From there, they can securely check your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account and confirm the legitimacy of the email you received. To reach them, you can follow these steps:

  1. Go to the (?) Help menu.
  2. Click Contact Us.
  3. Enter a brief discussion of your concerns and click Let's talk.
  4. Then choose your preferred way to get in touch with them.
