I received an email stating that my account is suspended. I went into my online account, looked over the billing information and everything looks correct.

Since you’ve already verified that your QuickBooks account isn’t suspended, there is a possibility that the email you received is a spam or phishing email. Make sure not to open or access any of the links provided on that email.
