Hi millerenterprise,

You can run some troubleshooting steps to identify what causes the account summary to disappear.

To start with, try opening QuickBooks on a private window. There are instances that issues like this occurs when the system encounter cache traffic. You may use these keyboard shortcuts to open one:

  • Google Chrome: Ctrl Shift N
  • Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl Shift P
  • Microsoft Edge: Ctrl Shift P
  • Safari: Command Shift N

If it works, you can go back to a regular browser and clear its cache. Once a cache is piled up, it can cause some unexpected happenings on the opened pages like QuickBooks.

You can also switch to a different supported browser like Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Safari, or Microsoft Edge.

If you're still unable to see your customer's billing and receipt, I'd suggest reaching out to our Phone Support team so we can investigate this further.

Also, if you want to edit your customer's credit card information, you can check this reference: Update a customer's credit card information.

Don't hesitate to let me know how it goes. I'm just a post-away if you have other concerns. Keep safe!

Everything for my company is gone, customers, accounts, invoices, everything except the name. I signed in with a different browser and not joy.

Hi there, millerenterprise.

I appreciate you for coming back to the thread to add further details about your concern and what you've done to fix the issue. This isn't the kind of response that I'd like you to have when signing or opening your company data in a QuickBooks Online account. With this, I'll make sure you'll be routed to the right support team to help you fix this matter as soon as possible.

I suggest contacting our QuickBooks Support Team. Issues like this must be handled by our QuickBooks Phone Support Team since using a different browser didn't work. They have the tools to pull up your account in a secure atmosphere and investigate the cause of the issue.

I'm adding this article so you're able to see the different details on how the Sales page gives you an at-a-glance view of the status of invoices: View sales transactions.

Keep in touch with me if you have an additional concern about your running QuickBooks account. I'll appreciate the opportunity to help. Stay safe and take care always.
