I signed up for live bookkeeping setup, but never actually connected with an expert due to schedule. I got a message that it was cancelled. Will I be refunded my $50?

I would love to help you directly with this concern. Since this is an open forum page, I recommend contacting our QuickBooks support team.

 

In this way, they can check on your account, and you can ask any question about the issue that you have. They can also provide the best answer with the refund request that you're asking for.

 

To contact support, here's how:

 

  1. Click the Help (?) menu, and then select the Contact Us button.
  2. Enter your question or issue like "Wants to talk to a manager for the status of the tickets" and then click Let's Talk.
  3. Choose either the Start a chat or Get a call option.

 

To ensure your issue gets addressed on time, please check out our support hours: QBO Support hours.

 

Though, you can cancel the live bookkeeping subscription through your Billing and Subscription page. Let me show you how: 

 

  1. Click the Gear icon, and choose Account and Settings
  2. Select Billing & Subscription
  3. Select Cancel for QuickBooks Live Bookkeeping. Confirm your cancellation in the pop-up window. 

 

Once canceled, the cancellations are effective at the end of your billing month.
