I skipped the step of sending my contractors a request to complete their W-9, Is there a way to send this request after the contractor has already been added?

You can send existing contractors an email to complete their profile anytime.
 

Here's how:

1. In your left navigation bar, go to Payroll, then Contractors.
2. Access their profile.
3. Click Send email.
4. Confirm the Name and Email fields have accurate information entered.
5. Select Send.
   

Your contractor will be sent a notification informing them that they've been invited to enter W-9 details. If you need to send another notice, return to their profile and use the Send a reminder option.
