I spent that 90 min working on an invoice. When I uploaded 3 related documents to go with the email. The app crashed and I lost all my work. Is there any recovery?

I don't want you to lose the invoice you're working in QuickBooks Online, christina12.

We have an option to view the transactions you've created previously in QBO.

Let's review the Audit Log to see the details of the invoice. This feature lets you see the changes that were made throughout the history of a transaction.

Here's how:

  1. Click the Gear Icon at the top right.
  2. Select Audit Log.
  3. Click the drop-down arrow beside Filter.
  4. Check the box beside Transactions.
  5. Under the Show: section, select Deleted/Voided Transactions, then click Apply.image.png
  6. Look for the invoice, and click View.
  7. From the Audit History page, click the expand arrow at the left of the event line you want to examine. Changes that were made are shown in orange text.

Once you have the details of the invoice, simply click the Plus sign icon and select Invoice to recreate the transaction. Next, enter the needed information such as customer name, product and amount. Lastly, click Save and close.
