Let me help you update your subscription, john.


Are you trying to downgrade your subscription? If so, you can easily do it in a few easy steps. You can do it from your Billing and Subscription page.


Check the following steps:


  1. Go to the Gear icon and go to the Account and Settings and choose Billing & Subscription.
  2. Click on Downgrade. From here, you’ll see the Change my plan page where you can choose that you prefer and then hit on Choose Plan to proceed.
  3. Tap Next once you’re done. Then, review your new billing details.

  1. Click the Help icon to connect to a live support agent. 
  2. Tap the Contact Us button and provide some details about this concern.
  3. After adding some insight, tick on the Let's talk button. 
  4. Hit the Get a callback button to arrange a call from them.
