I tried to setup ,y own account, and it set it up under my mother's, yet still made me pay. I no longer want to use this software, and would like to be refunded

I tried to setup ,y own account, and it set it up under my mother's, yet still made me pay. I no longer want to use this software, and would like to be refunded my $35. I would also like for my info and banking info to be deleted immediately.

I'll point you in the right direction for support for your refund request.

 

You'll have to contact our Technical Support team for this reason. They can pull up your account information within a secure environment and submit your refund request for verification. 

 

Here's how:

 

  1. Log in to your QuickBooks Online (QBO) company.
  2. Click the Help menu.
  3. Select Contact us.
