I would also recommend contacting our Support on Monday from 6 AM to 6 PM PT. That way, they can link your account to the open ticket (INV-51047) for timely updates. They have the tools to do so.
- Click on Help and select Talk to a human.
- Search for something like payment reminders are prematurely sent to clients (INV-51047).
- Choose I still need a human.
- Click on Contact Us.
