I used qb Self-Employed. I can't get my data to load. It only says, "We're fetching your data."

I used qb Self-Employed. I can't get my data to load. It only says, "We're fetching your data."

We can perform some basic troubleshooting to fix this error, hsmom27.

 

To do this, let's open an incognito or private browser and log in to your QuickBooks Self-Employed account. This browser mode is private and doesn't store cache. 

 

Once logged in, go to Transactions on the left panel and check if you're getting the error. If you see all your transactions and everything is updated, go back to your regular browser. Then, clear the cache since this helps resolve common browser-related issues. Here's an article that can help you: How do I clear my browser cache and temporary Internet files?

 

Also, open your account in a different browser as an alternate solution. 

 

If you're still getting the error message, I'd recommend reaching out to our Customer Care Team. We will investigate this issue and work with our engineers. Before doing so, you can check our support hours here. Then, follow the steps below:

 

  1. Log in to your QuickBooks Self-Employed.
  2. You can click the Assistant option or click the Help icon located in the upper right-hand corner.
  3. In the Help window, click the Contact Us button at the bottom.
  4. Enter your question and click the Continue button.
  5. Select Start a chat or Get a callback.
