I used to have the option to Make A Payment from the vendor window. Now the only option is Mark As Paid. How do I make a payment by check as I used to?

If you're referring to the missing Make A Payment option from the Online Bill Pay feature on the Vendor screen.  

At this time, it changed to Schedule Online Payment. You can choose the option Mark as Paid when making a bill payment.
