I've added multiple Invoices that come in. I'm not sure now to pay just one Invoice at a time. Can I please get a call back for a explanation? Thanks

No one here, in this forum, will call you back.  You have to request it from your QBO acct.

However, there may be a few people that can answer our questions, here.

Hello, @jerry sample.

Thanks for posting your concern to the Community page.

You can record the invoice payment one at a time. Just ensure to link the payment transaction to the invoice. Here's how:

  1. Go to the + New button.
  2. Click Receive Payment.
  3. Select the name of the customer.
  4. Under Outstanding Transactions, select the invoice you need to mark as paid.
  5. Choose the Deposit entry, then click Save and Close.

You can refer to this article for further details about receiving and categorizing invoice payments: Record invoice payments in QuickBooks Online.

If you still want to contact our QuickBooks Support team for further explanation, I can show you the steps. You might want to check our support hours of operation so you can contact them at the time convenient to you.

  1. Select the Help (?) menu.
  2. Click Contact Us.
  3. Enter “pay invoice” in the description field and hit Let’s talk.
  4. Choose to Get a callback.

To easily track your sales and expenses moving forward, you can always run and customize reports in QBO. For more information, please see this article: Run reports in QuickBooks Online.

Please let me know in the comment if you have any other concerns, and I'll get back to you as quick as possible. Take care.
