I've been waiting for the money to be transferred to my account for 3 weeks

Hello, netransportllc70.

Before we take this issue a step further, here are a couple of things you can do to successfully get the money.

For payment delays, we send an email explaining the reason for the delay and how to resolve it. You'll want to check your email inbox (associated with your Self-Employed account) for it.

Sometimes, banks can cause processing delays. Have you tried checking with your bank? They'll be able to check what's preventing the funds from being transferred and resolve it.

If you haven't received any emails or your bank can't trace the funds, you'll want to contact our support. They'll be able to see the reason for the delay and check where the money is. To reach them:

  1. In your Self-Employed account, click the Assistant button.
  2. Type "Contact support."
  3. When asked by the chat bot, type "Payment is delayed" or something similar.
  4. Click I still need a human.
  5. Hit the Contact us link.

After getting the money, you can start categorizing your transactions (after downloading it from the bank feeds). Please check this article for the complete guide: Categorize transactions in QuickBooks Self-Employed.

Should you have any questions about your Self-Employed account, please comment in this thread. Always here to help.
