Before we take this issue a step further, here are a couple of things you can do to successfully get the money.
For payment delays, we send an email explaining the reason for the delay and how to resolve it. You'll want to check your email inbox (associated with your Self-Employed account) for it.
Sometimes, banks can cause processing delays. Have you tried checking with your bank? They'll be able to check what's preventing the funds from being transferred and resolve it.
