The browser's cache may be filled with files and internet data that makes QuickBooks miss the sales tax to click on.
For you to isolate this, you can open QuickBooks on an incognito or private browser. It will help you browse QuickBooks free from unwanted internet files.
Here's how to open it using the supported browsers:
- Google Chrome: Press Ctrl + Shift + N
- Mozilla Firefox: Press Ctrl + Shift + P
- Microsoft Edge: Press Ctrl + Shift + P
- Click File, then select New Private Window if you're using Safari
From there, sign in back to QuickBooks and then create or import multiple invoices at once. If that's successful, clear your browser's cache and cookies that are causing this issue.
Alternatively, you can use any of the compatible browsers I've mentioned above to isolate this issue further.
