I've put in for a call back but have received one yet. I need to pay a vendor through I guess Bill Pay - I have all the information but can't access the app

If you're having trouble with receiving a callback from our Customer Support Team, then I recommend getting in touch with them in another way. We offer a chat-based service and schedule/get a callback as well. 

 

In the meantime, if you're close to a computer, you can log into your QuickBooks through a browser and then pay the vendor through there. Here's how: 

  1. Open QuickBooks. 
  2. Go to the +New bubble. 
  3. Under "Vendors," pick Pay Bills.
