I've tried contacting customer support, as there is no email associated with this, and it has been over 5 days. "Deposit delayed today IN REVIEW"

Your QuickBooks Payments account may be new when your recipient made a payment via credit card/apple pay. We usually deposit your funds within five business days while we set up your merchant account. It could be the reason you're unable to obtain an email for the payment. Besides, the payment will clear on its own after it gets deposited to your bank.

 

However, if your QuickBooks Payments account isn't new yet the payment is missing, I'd suggest contacting our Merchant Services Team. They can tell its status and when it will be deposited to your bank. Here's how: 

  1. Go to this website: Contact Payments Support.
  2. Find the QuickBooks Online Payments & Merchant Service Center section. 
  3. Get their up-to-date contact information to call them.
