I'm here to help you turn on the ACH payment button in your invoices, @erin39.
To show the pay invoice button, you have to link your ACH payments account to QBO and choose the payment method on the invoice. If you haven't already, you'll need to sign up for QuickBooks Online Payments. If you already have, you only need to connect your existing account in QBO.
The process will take about 24-28 hours, and you'll be notified via email once it's approved. From there, you can start sending invoices with the Pay Now button.

Is there a setting to get this checkbox selected by default as opposed to having to click it manually on every invoice?
