I want to change the look of the invoice my customer sees when they go to the linked, online, portal version. Not the PDF, but the shared invoice link where they pay.

@Rustler is correct! The ability to customize how the invoice would look like in the payment portal is currently not available. At this time, QuickBooks offers the site’s most commonly used features. That being said, our Developers are constantly adding features based on feedback such as this.

On the other hand, you can set what information your customers would see when you send them their invoice. Here's how:

1. Go to the Gear Icon.
2. Choose the Custom Form Style.
3. Select the invoice template you're using.
4. Click the Edit link from the Action column.
5. Go to the Email tab.
6. From the How your invoice appears in the emails section, choose either of the following:
   
   • Full Details
   • Summarized Details
7. Click Done.
