First, access the incognito browser to check if the process is smooth while changing your inventory item. Here are the keyboard shortcuts for the supported browsers:
- Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
- Internet Explorer & Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
- Safari: Command + Option + P
If you're able to edit the inventory item using a private or incognito window, then we'll need to clear your regular browser cache. However, if the issue persists, try using a different browser. This way, we can roll out the possibility of a browser integrated issue.
