I'm here to help print out last year's bank statements for taxes, @ocexteriors.
If you want to print a previous bank statement, you can contact your Financial Institution for the data. Then, you can print it to have a copy of it.
Otherwise, if you're referring to bank transactions that you'll use for filing taxes, you can run a Quick report for that specific bank account. Then set the date to last year and choose the Print option to complete the process.
Here's how:
- Log in to your QBO account.
- Select the Accounting menu from the left panel.
- Choose the Chart of Accounts.
- Select the account and from the Action column, click the dropdown menu and click Run report.
- Then select Last Year under the Report period section and click Run report.
- Choose the Print icon.

Additionally, make sure to reconcile your accounts so that they always match your bank and credit card statements to avoid discrepancies.
