You can suspend your account by cancelling it, @cmitch199. Before that, I'd suggest printing your reports as your copies. Then, reactivate it later when you need it. I'll guide you through the process below.
To suspend your account:
- Sign in to your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account as an admin.
- Go to the Gear (Settings) icon at the upper right.
- Select Account and Settings under Your Company.
- Go to Billing & Subscription from the left menu.
- Click Cancel subscription in the QuickBooks section.
- Choose Continue to Cancel, then hit Continue to Cancel again.
- Answer the exit survey questions.
- Select Submit and cancel subscription.
- Hit Got it.
For detailed instructions, check out this article: Cancel Your QBO Subscription or Trial.
After that, we store your data for one year. When you're ready to use the service again, you'll be prompted to resubscribe as you log into your company. If not, please go back to the Billing and Subscription tab to complete this task. To learn more about this process, visit this article: How To Resubscribe or Reactivate QBO.
Please let me know if you have other concerns. I'll gladly help, @cmitch199.
