After that, we store your data for one year. When you're ready to use the service again, you'll be prompted to resubscribe as you log into your company. Is there a way to download all the data as csv?
I'll share some insights about how downloading all data works in QuickBooks Online, @mlchan.
Please know that we can only export data from QBO through Excel files. However, you can look for a converter tool that can convert Excel data to a Comma Separated Value (CSV). You can visit our QuickBooks Apps page to look for the tool that best suits your needs.
