Glad to have you here in the Community, joy2.

You came to the right place for help with QuickBooks. I want to make sure you'll be able to send invoices to your customers.

So far, we haven't received similar issues reported. The Company Admin has access to all areas of the company file, while the Master Admin can grant a user access to the company's information. You may want to ask the Master Admin to check your user access rights in QuickBooks Online.

Here’s what the Master Admin needs to do:

  1. Click the Gear icon and select Manage Users.
  2. Highlight the user's name, click Edit.
  3. Under Edit user settings, go to User type.
  4. Under Limited, make sure to select the correct option (Customers or Vendors).
  5. Hit Save.

If you’ve confirmed that the permissions are set up correctly, let's perform basic troubleshooting steps to check whether this has something to do with your browser. You can use an Incognito browser or a new private window.

Here's how to open a private window in different browsers:

  • Google Chrome: press Ctrl + Shift + N.
  • Mozilla Firefox: press Ctrl + Shift + P.
  • Internet Explorer: press Ctrl + Shift + P.
  • Safari: press Command + Shift + N.

If you require any further information about types of users and permissions in QuickBooks Online, check out this article: Get to know user types and permissions.

You'll be back to business in no time. Please know I'm only a post away if you have any other questions. Have a great rest of your day!
