I was just incorrectly transferred after being on hold for almost two hours. QuickBooks customer service is still logged into my computer. Can someone please assist ASAP
I'd like to help get you back in the right place with talking to a live agent that can get you on the path to success. First things first, you can close any tab or window on your computer that you believe may still have the customer service team logged in. That is a Glance session and it allows our support agents to see what's going on while not being able to actually click or edit anything. Once you've done that, follow these steps to reconnect with an agent:
1. Sign into your QuickBooks account.
2. Click the help icon in the top right
3. Click the Contact Us button at the bottom of the new window
4. Type "Call me Back" in the text box
5. And hit "Lets Chat"
This will connect you with an live agent who can directly get you linked up with an agent on the team you were previously working on possibly get you to the same agent entirely.
