I went into"Pay Bills" to pay bills and print checks but the checks did not print. The bills are showing up as paid. Can anyone help?

I should also add that I'm able to print other things from QB just fine.

One thing I forgot to say is that I looked under "Print Forms" and there are no checks to print.

Hi there, csoffice.

 

It's possible that you haven't selected the To be printed that is why there are no checks to be print added on the print queue. Let's check if this is the case.

 

  1. Go to the Vendors menu, and select Pay Bills.
  2. In the Pay Bills window, make sure that To be printed radio button is selected.
  3. Click Pay Selected Bills.

Moving forward, let's ensure to select the To be printed. That way, checks will be added in the print queue.
