I would like to interface customer payments received on Stripe to customer records on QB . Currently it is a manual process .

I’m glad you joined us in the QuickBooks Community! Connecting a third-party app, such as Stripe, is a great way to eliminate the manual process of entering your transactions into QuickBooks. I'll share information about it.

After checking, I found out that Stripe can be connected using a mediator/connector app, which controls the mapping or data flow in QuickBooks. For this reason, I recommend contacting your connector app's support, so they can help you with setup.

On the other hand, you can check out some customer-related reports to know how you're doing in terms of sales or by knowing which products they usually buy over a period of time. You can even customize or export them to Excel to filter the data you only need.

1. Go to Reports on the left navigation bar.
2. Select a report in the Who owes you or Sales and customers section.

You may have 2 options:

1. Have a 3rd party connector to offer Stripe as a payment option on your QuickBooks invoices. Once you are paid, the connector will reconcile it automatically.

2. Use another 3rd party app only to reconcile Stripe transactions into your QBO account. 

Which option do you prefer?
