I would like to interface customer payments received on Stripe to customer records on QB . Currently it is a manual process .
I’m glad you joined us in the QuickBooks Community! Connecting a third-party app, such as Stripe, is a great way to eliminate the manual process of entering your transactions into QuickBooks. I'll share information about it.
After checking, I found out that Stripe can be connected using a mediator/connector app, which controls the mapping or data flow in QuickBooks. For this reason, I recommend contacting your connector app's support, so they can help you with setup.
On the other hand, you can check out some customer-related reports to know how you're doing in terms of sales or by knowing which products they usually buy over a period of time. You can even customize or export them to Excel to filter the data you only need.
Go to Reports on the left navigation bar.
Select a report in the Who owes you or Sales and customers section.
I'll be in here if you have any follow-up questions or other concerns about your transactions. I hope you enjoy the rest of your day! Take care!
