Thanks for choosing QuickBooks, leab1.

Importing invoices is only available in QuickBooks Online (QBO) Advanced. You'll have to manually enter the transactions if you're already subscribed to a regular QBO account. Once done, you can run the Invoices and Received Payments report to view those invoices that were entered and paid. However, other than the report that I mentioned, QuickBooks has a lot of pre-created reports that you can customize. Please refer to these articles for more information:

Currently, importing reports is unavailable. You'll want to search for a third-party application that can help you import your reports.

On the other hand, if you still want to receive a callback from our technical support team, here's how to reach them.

  1. Sign in to your QuickBooks Online company.
  2. Go to Help (?).
  3. Select Contact Us.
  4. Enter your concern, then select Let's talk.
  5. Choose to Get a callback from the next available expert.

You can also use the Online Banking feature in QuickBooks by connecting your bank and credit card accounts. Please read this article for your reference: Connect Bank And Credit Card Accounts To QuickBooks Online.
